Overview
Tap aims to start meetings with one-touch with an interface and control system that can be customized by corporate IT departments. Typically, Tap will come with a small form factor computer, optimized video conferencing software from Google, Microsoft or Zoom and a Logitech camera. Video conferencing room solutions with Logitech Tap deliver calendar integration, touch-to-join, instant content sharing, and always-on readiness. Pre-configured with room-optimized software from Google, Microsoft, or Zoom, Logitech Room Solutions include all necessary components: Tap touch controller, small form factor computer, in-wall rated cabling, and Logitech MeetUp or Rally conference camera.

Tap connects to a computer via USB as an additional display, opening up new touch control possibilities for applications like team collaboration, digital signage, room automation, environmental control, and other workflows where touch control is desired. With 10 meters (32.8 ft) of reach, the plenum-rated Logitech Strong USB cable lets you locate Tap near participants for convenient operation while installing the host computer in a cabinet, beneath a table, or behind a display. An integrated strain relief and cable management system keeps connections tight. Route cables out the back for freestanding deployments, or through the bottom cover for a clean tabletop.

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.

The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects. 


The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.



>Warranty

channel.com.ph will repair any product under warranty at no charge or replace the unit of the exact model if deemed necessary.


If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
