Overview
Due to market requests, we are bringing the Momentum name back home. The
HD1 In-Ear has now been replaced by the MOMENTUM In-Ear. This earphone is the
smallest member of the MOMENTUM product family. Still, it offers
uncompromisingly clear, brilliant and powerful sound like all MOMENTUMs, as
well as a wealth of valuable quality details – from the nanoprecise,
stainless-steel sound tunnel to the three-button multifunction remote with
integrated microphone. The design of the MOMENTUM In-Ear speaks a clear, consistent
language. Over 200 contrasting red stitches grace the black-lacquered zipper on
the soft-covered case that safely protects your earbuds. The black-and-red cable
leads to a red, high-gloss housing. And the outstanding design also extends to
their fit, with comfortable tips that sit just right.

Exchange/refund procedure
For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on the “Q&A” board.
The request is to include the reason for exchanges/refunds and the order number.
In case of exchange/refund request due to product defects or wrong item delivered, detailed photos of the products are also required. Exchanges/refunds will be made shortly upon careful examination and confirmation on the reported defects.
The shipping costs occurring from product defects or wrong item delivered are the responsibility of the channel.com.ph.

If repair of returned merchandise is necessary due to neglect, damage, misuse, or improper repair by others, a charge will be made for labor, parts, and return freight.
